Took me a while to evaluate which means I had to get out and give it a shot....this is also a review of the pants my wife got me
So I tried (tested) them thoroughly!
I was skeptical about the hoodie cause it's a very different fit. Skepticism was unnecessary. It is very comfortable and easy to work in.....also wondered about its warmth. Simple fix is well planned light layers as temperature falls. It might seem that it would not be warm. Put that to rest! As you work, you warm and it is exceptional at blocking wind and adequate at handling light rain but it is not water proof and I don't believe I would desire water proof. That's my piece and both pants and hoodie are really worth the price and may last the rest of my useful life.

I was looking for an American made clothing company and first came across origin. I loved their heavy hoodie but within of year of normal wear the pouch started to rip from the hoody. I decided to buy another one but it had a totally different fit then the first, even though it was the same size. Sent them picture evidence and they offered an exchange but the size was the size. I've had this 1620 for about a year and it's definitely the most comfortable and warm hoodie I've ever owned. Going on it's second year of use and it looks brand new. No tearing or fading.
